GAITHERSBURG, MD -- GXS Corporation, a provider of business-to-business e-commerce applications, has announced the acquisition of UDEX, a provider of product data quality services. With the acquisition, GXS plans to make the UDEX solution available as a component in its Data Pool Manager application, which allows supply chain companies to synchronize and improve their data. Terms of the acquisition transaction were not disclosed.
